At Flintopia, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and a fair, transparent return policy. Every item purchased through our Pre-Order Service comes with a 30-day warranty that begins after your inspection period.
Our policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business, ensuring accountability on both sides.
The 30-day warranty covers defects or faults that occur naturally within the warranty period and are not caused by user damage or negligence.
Devices that fail to power on or function properly under normal usage.
Software or system-related faults that occur without external interference.
Internal hardware malfunctions not caused by physical or liquid damage.
Physical damage caused by drops, impact, or mishandling.
Water, liquid, or moisture damage.
Overheating or overcharging caused by the use of incompatible accessories.
Cosmetic damage such as cracks, dents, or scratches after purchase.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
If the issue is found to be a manufacturer’s or internal defect, Flintopia will:
Repair or replace the item at no additional cost, or
Offer a refund if a replacement is not available.
Report the issue – Notify us via email or WhatsApp within the 30-day warranty period. Include your reference number, proof of purchase, and a short description or photo/video of the issue.
Inspection & Evaluation – Once the item is brought to our Accra office, our technicians will inspect and test the device to determine the cause of the problem.
Decision & Resolution –
Refund Method – If approved, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile money within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective at the time of inspection:
Accessories, chargers, and cables.
Software, digital products, or licenses.
Items damaged by customer misuse or accidents.
All items must be returned to our Accra office for inspection.
Customers are responsible for the cost of delivering the item for inspection or repair.
If the product is found to be defective due to a manufacturer or internal issue, we will cover the cost of return shipping and replacement.
We operates under a risk-free pre-order model, meaning you inspect and approve your item before payment. After this approval, the 30-day warranty applies only to natural faults, not user-caused damage.
Customers are expected to handle all purchased items responsibly and use them according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
