By submitting a pre-order request or purchasing any product from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms are designed to ensure a transparent, fair, and secure transaction for both Flintopia and the customer.
1. Upfront Commitment Payment
All pre-orders require an upfront commitment payment before sourcing begins.
Orders with a total value not more than GHS 10,000 require a 50% upfront payment.
Orders with a total value above GHS 10,000 require a 70% upfront payment.
This payment confirms the customer’s intent and allows Flintopia to proceed with sourcing and shipping.
2. Sourcing & Shipping
Once a pre-order is confirmed and the required upfront payment is received, Flintopia will source, purchase, and ship the requested product from Dubai to Ghana.
3. Arrival Notification
Customers will be notified when their order arrives at our Accra office and is ready for inspection and collection.
4. Inspection Period
Customers are given up to seven (7) days from the date of notification to visit our office and inspect the product before completing the remaining balance payment.
5. Failure to Inspect or Respond
If a customer fails to inspect, respond, or complete the remaining payment within the inspection period, Flintopia reserves the right to resell the product, to cover associated costs, in accordance with our refund and cancellation policy.
1. Product Inspection
Upon arrival at our office, customers are expected to inspect the product carefully to confirm that it meets their expectations in terms of appearance, functionality, and specifications before completing the remaining balance payment.
2. Acceptance of Product
Once the customer confirms satisfaction and completes the outstanding balance payment, the product is deemed accepted, sold, and delivered.
3. Post-Acceptance Claims
After acceptance, any claims related to defects or malfunctions must fall strictly under Flintopia’s 30-Day Warranty Policy, which covers manufacturer or internal faults only.
Claims related to physical damage, misuse, or changes after acceptance will not be covered.
All pre-ordered products come with a 30-day warranty starting after the inspection period.
The warranty covers manufacturer defects, internal malfunctions, or software issues not caused by customer mishandling.

Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information when submitting a pre-order form.
Customers are required to inspect the item within the 7-day window after notification of arrival.
Customers are responsible for handling their devices with care after purchase and using them according to manufacturer guidelines.
Any misuse, neglect, or external damage to the product within the warranty period voids the warranty immediately.
Delivery Fee Responsibility
If a customer chooses to have their item delivered from our Accra office to any location within Ghana (such as Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, or other towns), the customer is fully responsible for paying the delivery fee charged by the third-party courier service.
Pre-Dispatch Video Confirmation
Before the item leaves our office, we will provide a clear video of the device showing its condition, packaging, and functionality. This video serves as proof of the item’s state prior to dispatch.
Transfer of Responsibility
Once the item has been handed over to the delivery company, Flintopia is no longer responsible for:
Damage caused during transit
Broken screens, dents, cracks, or hardware damage
Lost or delayed shipments
Box tampering or mishandling by the courier
Responsibility for the package rests entirely with the delivery company and the customer, as Flintopia has no control over third-party logistics operations.
Post-Delivery Complaints
Complaints about physical damage or defects that were not present in the pre-dispatch video will not be covered under our warranty or return policy, as such issues are attributed to courier handling.
Customers may cancel their pre-order only before we processes the purchase in Dubai (typically within 48 hours after signing the agreement).
Once the product has been purchased or shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
We are liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or profit losses resulting from product malfunction.
Our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as defined under the warranty policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen logistics issues beyond our control.
All customer information collected through our website or pre-order forms is used solely for order processing, delivery updates, and communication purposes.
We does not sell, trade, or share personal data with third parties without consent.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the land.
