What is Flintopia's pre-order service?

Our pre-order service lets you request electronics online. We source and ship the items from Dubai to our Accra office, where you can inspect, pay, and collect them—ensuring a safe, risk-free purchase.

Placing a pre-order is simple. Request a quote by filling a pre-order form on our website. We’ll source the item and attach it with an agreement letter. Once signed and submitted, we’ll proceed with purchasing and shipping, you’ll be notified when it arrives at our office.

Yes. Signing an agreement ensures that customers have the financial capability to pay once the product arrives. It also outlines the terms of the pre-order, inspection period, and warranty, providing transparency and security for both parties.

We offer two types of shipment: Air Shipment, which takes 5–10 business days, and Sea Shipment (Cargo), which takes 30–45 days to arrive. Delivery time may vary based on product availability and logistics. You’ll receive tracking updates once your item ships from Dubai.

Yes. You’ll receive regular updates via your preferred communication method—either WhatsApp or email. You can also track your order through our dedicated WhatsApp channel for real-time updates.

If your inspection reveals a valid issue—such as minor defects, scratches, cracks, or an incorrect color—you are under no obligation to pay. You can request a replacement, partial refund, or cancel the order entirely

Yes, you can cancel your order any time before we process the purchase in Dubai—usually within 48 hours of receiving your signed agreement. Once the purchase has been made, cancellation will no longer be possible.

If you’d like to change your order (such as selecting a different product, model, or color), please contact us right away. We’ll gladly make the adjustment as long as your purchase hasn’t been processed yet.

After inspecting your item, you can pay via:

  • Mobile Money (MTN, AirtelTigo)
  • Bank transfer (all Ghanaian banks)
  • Cash on delivery (At the Office Premises)

No. Flintopia maintains complete transparency. All prices and fees are clearly stated upfront, so you’ll never encounter unexpected charges.

We deliver all pre-ordered items through our logistics partners to our Accra office. For other locations, including Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, and beyond, an additional delivery fee may apply depending on the destination.
