Placing a pre-order is easy. Simply fill out the pre-order form on our website with your product details and preferred contact method. Once submitted, we will review your request, confirm the product availability, and provide the total cost. After you approve the price, you’ll be required to pay the upfront amount (50% for orders under GHS 10,000 or 70% for orders above GHS 10,000). Once payment is received, we will source and ship the item to our office, where you’ll pay the remaining balance upon collection.
Upfront payment ensures that only serious and committed customers place orders. This prevents situations where products are sourced and shipped to Ghana but not collected, saving time, cost, and effort for both you and Flintopia. It also allows us to prioritize and efficiently fulfill orders with confidence.
For orders under GHS 10,000, you pay 50% of the total cost upfront.
For orders above GHS 10,000, you pay 70% of the total cost upfront.
The remaining balance is paid when your product arrives and you are ready to collect it.
If an order is not collected within the agreed inspection period after arrival at our Accra office, Flintopia reserves the right to cancel the order or resell the product. Upfront payments are non-refundable if the order is intentionally uncollected. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to continue serving committed customers efficiently.

We offer two types of shipment: Air Shipment, which takes 10–15 business days, and Sea Shipment (Cargo), which takes 30–45 days to arrive. Delivery time may vary based on product availability and logistics. You’ll receive tracking updates once your item ships from Dubai.

Yes, you can cancel your order any time before we process the purchase in Dubai—usually within 48 hours of confirming your order and upfront payment. Once the purchase has been processed and payment has been made, cancellation is no longer possible.
